BClub Electric Extractor
It may be good to have a thread here for the topic of the Extractor - its whereabouts, performance and related issues.
I am currently the person with the extractor in my possession, but intend to take it over to the Randall today or tomorrow for safe keeping. A nasty cold/flu thing has kept me from doing much outside the perimeter of my house for the last week, but now I am on the mend.

Welcome to the b.log, Maggie. I hope you are feeling better.
I also hope this thread becomes useful in keeping track of equipment.
If it gets lost down the line (due to inumerable future posts of obvious importance) I will promote it to near the top again.
After discussing the matter with Nancy, at the Randall, I propose that we consider the extractor like a library book, that is, a two week check-out to be returned within that time with no charge. After that, $1 a day. We had a situation last year where the extractor was handed off to someone that wasn't even a member of our club. When it was returned, after many weeks, parts were missing and it needed an overhaul. There is a sign out sheet at the Randall so Nancy will know where it is. How does that sound??
Keeping the extractor at the Randall sounds good to me. Two weeks is plenty of time. One might even be better.
