Honey Bee Swarm and Colony Removal

The San Francisco Beekeepers Association (SFBA) publishes and distributes this honey bee swarm and colony removal contact list as a public service. This list is comprised of SFBA members who have experience collecting honey bee swarms and/or removing honey bee colonies from structures, and who wish to offer these services. They are not licensed to apply pesticides and, as bee "keepers," they do not seek to intentionally kill honey bees during the swarm or colony removal process.

SFBA is neither an oversight nor a certification organization for beekeepers, generally, nor for its members who collect honey bee swarms or remove honey bee colonies from structures. For that reason, SFBA cannot and does not make any representations or warranties regarding the services these individuals may provide, or the results to be achieved in any particular situation.

If you engage the services of any beekeeper from this list, you will be engaging the services of that beekeeper as an individual, and not as a representative or an agent of SFBA. The terms, conditions and details of that engagement will be a contractual matter (oral and/or written) between you and that beekeeper, to which SFBA shall not be a party.
