Bee packages, individual queens and nucleus colonies (nucs) are available through the San Francisco Beekeepers Association. Bee packages includes a marked, fertile queen plus roughly 10,000 bees; queen-only orders come in individual cages with a few attendants and the queen is marked; Nucs are five deep frames with four frames of capped brood in a Pro Nuc box. 

Sales are to current members only, and new beekeepers must also have taken our bee training. Once your order is paid, you will automatically be registered for Bee Delivery Day in 2025. The current date for bee delivery is Saturday, April 26 from Noon to 2pm, but subject to change due to weather. 

Note: Nucleus colonies may available for beekeepers who have kept bees for one year or more.
